Sigebet Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to Sigebet, an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and Sigebet ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Sigebet website at sigebet.best, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use any services on the platform. Continued use of Sigebet following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Sigebet, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Sigebet strictly prohibits access to minors. If we have reason to believe a registered account belongs to a person under 18, we will immediately suspend that account and forfeit any balance pending investigation.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Sigebet or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must not already hold another active or previously banned account on Sigebet. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during and after registration. Providing false identity details is grounds for immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration

When registering your Sigebet account, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. The information you submit must match your official identity documents exactly.

You are responsible for creating a strong, unique password for your Sigebet account and for keeping it confidential. We strongly recommend using a password that is not used on any other platform. Sigebet staff will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent.

• Your username is permanent once set and cannot be changed after registration.
• You may update your email address and mobile number by submitting a formal request through live chat with identity verification.
• Registrations from automated scripts, bots, or bulk signup tools are strictly prohibited and will be immediately terminated.
• Sigebet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required before certain thresholds of withdrawal are processed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC early to avoid delays when cashing out winnings.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Sigebet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not accept foreign currency and do not perform currency conversions. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Accepted payment methods include:

• GCash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant deposit and withdrawal
• GrabPay — deposit and withdrawal
• Coins.ph — deposit and withdrawal
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers — BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum on withdrawals, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method, platform load, and any pending KYC requirements. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are generally the fastest. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one business day.

Sigebet does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Sigebet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, esports, virtual sports, live casino, and slots each have their own supplementary rules available on the respective product pages.

• Minimum bet: ₱50 per selection for sports and esports markets; ₱10 per spin or hand for casino games (varies by title).
• Maximum bet: Displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Maximum limits vary by market, event tier, and account history.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the Cash-Out feature is explicitly available and activated for that market.
• Sigebet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• For sports and esports events that are postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at Sigebet's discretion, particularly around key match events such as goals, substitutions, or suspected match irregularities.
• Winnings are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed and locked. Subsequent odds changes do not affect settled bets.

Sigebet actively monitors for suspicious betting patterns. Any account showing evidence of arbitrage abuse, exploit betting, or match result manipulation will be suspended and the relevant bets reviewed. Confirmed cases of betting fraud will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Sigebet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published alongside the promotion itself.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on Sigebet:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all relevant accounts being suspended.
• Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each offer.
• Sigebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be treated fairly at the time of cancellation.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Sigebet account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us promptly.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including Sigebet staff. We will never ask for it.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection. This is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via live chat. We can freeze your account within minutes pending investigation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Sigebet and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or transact on the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or system to interact with the platform in an unintended manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploits may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated fraud — including communicating privileged information to other bettors.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime. Sigebet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Sigebet support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other methods.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

Sigebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms have been violated or if required by regulatory obligation.

In the event of suspension due to suspected violation of these Terms:

• The account balance will be frozen pending investigation. No withdrawals will be processed during an active investigation.
• The player will be notified via the registered email address. Sigebet will attempt to resolve investigations within 30 days where possible.
• If no violation is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and all frozen funds released in full.
• If a violation is confirmed, Sigebet may retain funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after standard verification, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

11 Limitation of Liability

Sigebet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is always functional and up to date, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary service outages, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
• Data transmission delays or errors caused by third-party internet service providers.
• Market suspensions or bet voidings resulting from data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions, regardless of the information available at the time.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

In no event shall Sigebet's total liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Changes to These Terms
